Economy and scale

The building has been recently refurbished and provides a fresh economical living space to enjoy the experience of living in Spain.

Villalonga is a modest village (almost a small town) nestled at the foot of the Safor range of mountains. Actually, I don't know the name of the range (shame on me), but the biggest one, Safor, gives its name to the region, so we'll call it the Safor range for now; it's the range that encircles the valley joining Oliva to Gandia. Villalonga is set back a little from the coast, but it's still only a 15-20 minute drive to the beach. All the "normal" services that you are likely to need are in the village, but if you can't get something within a short walk of your home then Gandia is 15 mins away and Valencia is only an hour.
