A lovely village
(evil speed ramps, but a lovely village all the same)

Just outside of the village (only a few hundred metres) is this country villa with a spacious plot that needs a bit of tidying up and some great views across the valley and over the village.

The drive way leads to a handy garage. Apparently you're supposed to put your car in it, but like most us you'll probably use it for storage.

Then on to two swimming pools (well, two water tanks in which you could bathe) before coming to the house with a welcoming terrace. Internally the house could also do with a bit of a tidy up and modernisation, but it could be made usable very cheaply with the idea of improvements later (if you get round to it). There's a lovely wide hallway running down the middle, off which there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen and the lounge.

At the back you'll find the barbecue and more land, also in need of some tlc.

To sum up though. Cool location close to the town and potentially a great house at a great price.
