The first thing that hits you as you walk through the front door (is the door if you fail to hold it open!) and the lovely sea breeze then the view as you turn the corner into the short corridor that leads to the dual aspect living area with open plan kitchen. The perfect setup to relax and enjoy the life by the beach with friends and family. Stroll out onto the terrace to take in the panoramic view of the Mediterranean and all of your worries disappear with the cool fresh sea air (makes you hungry too, but then there are bars and restaurants within a very easy stroll, so not for long)

If you go to the beach and spend a hard day relaxing on the pristine sands you can come back and cool off in the pool before wisking yourself (in the lift; we're lazy remember) back up to your handsome apartment ready to relax again.

At present the parking space has been converted for use as a storeroom, but could be returned to vehicle use easily and economically. Other parking spaces in the same block are unused so no problems presently for finding a spot to leave you car even in the middle of the high season.
