I think it may be fair to say that Estate Agents sometimes bend the truth; a notoriety that could be considered well deserved. However; it's easy enough to write a glowing report on a property that genuinely warrants such an accolade.

A quote from an Estate Agent, yes, but not the most controversial opinion in my view. You always have your right of disagree, but you do need to come and see it first. I think you'll see what I do and that is a nice apartment in a good location with modest running costs, ideal to make an economical holiday getaway or even year round home.
