A light and bright, modern apartment with a lovely outlook just a few moments stroll from the beach, but with a communal pool for those who prefer to avoid the wonderful golden sand, but still keep cool. I am a sand avoider so you have my sympathy.

Two bedrooms and a smart shower room with double glazing and a pre-installation for air conditioning. that means it has the ducting prepared etc.; you just need the machinery fitted and you could be cosy or cool whenever you wish. I'd go for cosy in winter and cool in summer though.
