This is the life!

If Eamonn Andrews or Michael Aspel were around it'd be "This is your life". 

Your life would be one of holidaying (or living) in a very charming, typically Spanish, village home on a stereotypical street in a beautiful town on the Mediterranean coast. Popping down to the local bars to take a break from lazing around on your roof terrace staring out over the orange groves to the deep blue shimmer of the Med in the distance. The fine golden sands that keep the beautiful blue Mediterranean waters away from the the natural dunes behind as not so far away as you couldn't walk there, but you'll probably take the car anyway as at the heat of summer can be a bit much when you're away from a cool drink for more than is strictly necessary.

Oliva has everything you'll need to really enjoy your holiday with all the services of a moderate sized town (multiple supermarkets and all manner of shops, bars and restaurants) and the beach is a fabulous blue flag fine sand affair without too much construction around so it stays wide and sparsely populated even in summer..

The great thing about a one bed house is that you have all the space that you need, but you don't have to invite all and sundry to spoil your relaxation, although there is of course space for them to pop round for a drink on your terrace and then they can (politely) push off back to where they came from and leave you in peace.
