A lovely light, bright apartment ready to move straight in. Located in an up and coming area which has seen substantial investment recently and offers comfortable yet affordable accommodation close to the edge of Oliva where parking isn't a problem and it's easy to go out and walk in the countryside or stroll via an almost totally flat route into the centre of town in just 10 minutes (probably less, but I dawdle).

Plenty of local bars to enjoy Spain's cafe culture and the supermarket is just a stone's throw away. Redecoration of the block is just being completed as I write this so all will be spic and span by the time you see it. Internally the property has been well cared for and is unlikely to disappoint.
