1. Are you sociable?

2. Would you like to live in a beautiful home?

Yes again?: Almost there; you just need to know a little more about the property I suspect.

What is on offer is a private home that has been run as a well established and successful letting business for many years. One can choose to live on site and look after the home yourself; there are in effect four apartments to select from for your own use, but most likely you will select the one on the ground floor at the rear which has its own private patio leading from a spacious lounge diner and giving access to a double garage. On the first floor there are two very attractive apartments one with shower room, kitchen, lounge and bedroom and the other, just a little larger and includes a second bathroom to complement the main bedroom's en-suite. Also on the same floor is a gorgeous twin room with its own en-suite facilities which works well for short term lets or for additional guests should the need arise.

Up top we have a friendly communal area leading out to both covered and open terraces where you can bask in or avoid the sun as is your want. We also have the fourth apartment on the upper level with lovely views out over the square.

All three "spare" guest apartments are currently let with guests who would like to continue to live there, a testament to the quality of the residence and an indication that the lucky buyer would have an income from day 1.
