Situated most conveniently for anyone familiar with Oliva and for those not; it's a great part of the town. What makes a great part is clearly very subjective, but if you`re looking for quality of area and ease of access to local amenities following a pretty much flat route then this would be considered a great part.

The house is also rather lovely. Again subjectivity comes into it, but you can possibly determine if it meets with your approval by scanning through the photos. If you find you're just skimming through then take another look, but more carefully this time; you may have missed some of the finer atrtributes.
