Bella Vista is aptly named, but one might add Bella Vista Tranquila to reflect the tranquillity that you experience once sat out on your beautiful terrace gazing out over the orange groves and nearby mountains to the Mediterranean Blue Sea. Couldn't be any other colour could it?

The property has been carefully maintained and appears in great shape (would it be that I could say the same for me!)

There is a choice of garage or double car port which effectively means your garage becomes a store room, but a really good one. Maybe the final resting place of those moving boxes you've been meaning to unpack for years or better the dry dock for your fishing boat!

Your friends and family will love you (probably did anyway, but a little extra love doesn't go amiss) as you'll have plenty of space for them to come on holiday. Just make sure that your friends have flights home booked or they'll be staying.
