With elevation comes privilege:
The privilege that comes with looking out over the other houses without interruption. Beautiful views over the town to the orange groves and the Mediterranean coastline and along to the nearby mountains. Ever changing views to enjoy come rain or shine (mostly shine), but if it is cold and wet, which can happen sometimes despite estate agents' assurances that we have perfect weather all of the time, you can always stay in bed and gaze out from there.
The first thing you will notice on entering the house is the feeling of space and maybe that it's nice and cool depending on the weather outside. The double fronted nature of the property affords a wide, bright lounge which is formed into an "L" shape to provide a more cosy area for when spreading your wings isn't your thing and also allowing there to be a great bedroom on the ground floor level which combined with having a bathroom on the same level means that either you or your guests don't really need to go upstairs. (Handy if you're not feeling as athletic as you used to or maybe you're an actor whose broken a leg!). Actually the best thing is that it can keep your guests (or in-laws) away from you.
It is worth going upstairs though as that's where you'll find the gorgeous terrace with the barbecue as well as three more bedrooms and a couple more bathrooms. Up to the roof terrace and there's space for whatever you may wish to do. Large parties or intimate gatherings; a place to watch the sunrise or the sunset; simple relaxation with the sea one way and green space the other.
