Set in a very convenient location with easy access to all amenities, this first floor apartment would provide excellent year round accommodation or make an ideal lock up and leave "pied-à-terre". The second bit isn't really as accurate as an estate agent may normally wish it to be. A pied-à-terre is usually considered to be a small property for occasional visiting. This one is really rather spacious so you can come with friends too. 

A great place to enjoy Oliva, the gastronomic delights of the area and the surrounding countryside with all the orange groves to wind your way through. If you'd rather nothing in your way then the beach sis truly wonderful. I don't much like sand so the orange groves and the mountains are for me (you can have the beach - actually its that big you'll feel like you've got it to yourself anyway)
