Is it a flat or is it a house?
One might call it a maisonette as it is the upper two floors of a village home and it has its own private terrace above. So, it's like having a house, but you have to go up one flight of stairs to get to it.
The bathroom (shower room) has already been upgraded; I suspect you may wish to do something with the kitchen (unless you don't cook at all), but basically a great two up two down, but with the down starting where the up might normally be.
I am aware that I write confusing rubbish, I can't help it; it's the way my brain works. There really isn't any substitute for viewing anyway. So you'll just have to come and view.
