The feline flingers' fantasy.
Space pretty much everywhere you look. A spacious home subdivided into two intercommunicating, but independent apartments each with their own kitchens, lounges and bathrooms etc; the ground floor with two bedrooms and the benefit of a super patio again large enough to fling your feline. A practice I don't condone by the way! The upper floor with three bedrooms.
The ground floor patio also has a super covered area; not much is made of that now, but you haven't moved in yet; a fabulous outside kitchen could be on the cards.
At the moment there are five bedrooms and two bathrooms, but also two lounges and two kitchens
