What would you like for today's wake up call, bearing in mind it will be tomorrow's too.
For me, bird song. Here, you rouse from your slumber and go and sit out on the terrace to enjoy their song and maybe a decent coffee (depends if you've managed to make one like the Spanish do). A little light pottering around the garden if that is what you like or a maybe just a a dip in the pool; life is simple and enjoyable in this part of Spain.
Bird song aside, I think we should explore the difference between average and exclusive. Logically average displays features that many other average properties possess, whereas exclusivity implies something a little less commonly found, normally in a positive way. This rather handsome home with artisan decorative railings and walled courtyard, for my impression deserves the exclusive nomenclature. Four or even five bedrooms, if needed, with only a little jiggling around; there is a an office on the upper floor which could be used as a bedroom or storeroom and a fabulous outbuilding perfect for a guest suite where you could have the extra bedroom with an additional en-suite bathroom to add to the two bathrooms (one en-suite) both recently upgraded and refitted serving the three bedroom main house with its lovely modern kitchen and spacious "L" shaped lounge diner. That's before we've even explored the outside. Private swimming pool, Garage capable of protecting two cars, electric gates, private driveway, expansive terraces shielded from prying eyes, barbecue, covered terrace, a little orange orchard and some very pretty gardens. Exclusivity is anything but average.
The photos are ok; the property is lovely.
