"¡Fabulosa!"
The upside down exclamation mark is rather fine too.
(Come to Spain and enjoy different characters and not just on your keyboard)
I don't suppose my thoughts on exclamation marks were as interesting for you as they are for me, but I hope the house is. We are looking at (when you see the photos at least and now may be a good time to do that) a very lovely five bedroom two bathroom town house in a great location just a few moments walk from all amenities.
The elegant façade gives a little indication of the quality of the house, but it's when you come through the door that you will start to appreciate the full splendour. This all sounds a little over the top, but really it's a lovely home and even has the convenience of a garage big enough to take a real car.
A beautiful galleried landing affording access to the first floor bedrooms and bathroom looks down over the living area which leads out to the spacious patio and is adjoined to the informal sitting room and kitchen dining area.
If you pop up to the upper terrace you will be greeted with a fantastic view over the townscape of Oliva and all along the coast; a perfect setting to wile away a few moments or a few hours. Really a lovely home and one you'll not be disappointed to have found unless of course it is outside of your budget. ¡Go raid the piggy bank!
