There are locations in Spain with beautiful names that set the imagination alight. Sector 5 was probably not thought up by someone with the same artistic flair.
This doesn't mean that Sector 5 is bad; far from it, it's one of the best parts of Oliva beach; well kept, modern constructions without any high rise blocks in sight and just a few metres back from stunning dune fringed sandy beaches where you can wander to your heart's content and in many cases not bump into anyone. The more careless of you may come across other beach walkers but you can just bid them adieu or better Adéu; they may be Valencianos.
So, maybe not the finest nomenclature, but a lovely place and beach, so what about the property?
An atico no less which for many of us would need to be translated as a Penthouse/Duplex for it to get away from the idea of a stuffy attic room. It's a cool apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and plenty of terrace space, perfectly oriented for both summer and winter use. You could always tell your friends it only has one bedroom and then you could keep it for yourselves.
