It's nice, no? Well I think so. I see it as a fabulous villa in a great urbanisation with lovely views and no smelly guests! Well you may have smelly guests, but at least you can give them their own space and privacy in an independent apartment below. Just meet them in the barbecue area or by the pool, but don't tell them what I said.
