We're almost there! We have the space, the wonderful location, the bedrooms and bathrooms, even the attractive gardens. The pool isn't lovely at the moment, but it will be with a little attention and the house isn't your dream home yet. You will doubtless need to expend a little time effort and money to realise that dream, but it'll be worth it. Because, in the words of L'Oreál, "You're worth it!"

I am aware that my remarks are often flippant, but this is a great opportunity to realise a dream if you have a little imagination and a very slightly higher budget available. The finished product will surely be worth the effort and expense. Currently the house is set up as two apartments; you may wish to maintain that distribution or do your own thang!
