The high life!

The advantage of being tall is that you see over shorter people. So if you fancy the high life (without pharmaceutical help) you need to be elevated and the views are "impresionante".

This fellow enjoys enough height to benefit from the spectacular views and being a tad cooler in summer when you really need it. You won't be short of friends who will want to come and stay when they find out you have a handsome villa in Spain, but the great thing is that there is an independent apartment on the lower floor with all the facilities to keep them out of your hair unless you really want to see them (separate entrance plus lounge, kitchen, bathroom and private terrace).

To save you spending more time cleaning than enjoying there there is a communal pool shared between just 6 villas which magically looks after itself (not quite, but you'll get the idea).

Perhaps it's time to go and find your skates as you may wish to put them on!
