The current owner has set up his workshop in the front ground floor bedroom and has looked after the house meticulously; you just need to came and see it.

The location is great, being central to a village with extensive services for its size including large supermarkets etc.

The layout will work perfectly for many with a fabulous bedroom on the ground floor with shower room en-suite which would make either the ideal place to offer to your guests or the perfect place to escape from them; you can give them the upper floor which has all of its own facilities even including a kitchen. If you really don't want to see your guests too much then you can let them in through their own front door and separate the ground from the first floor; like having two individual apartments.
