Not being seen is even better. Home is a place to relax and truly unwind. Peace and quiet are the mainstays of relaxation. The rustling of beautiful mature trees and birdsong are pretty much the loudest interruption you will experience whilst relaxing in your pool or under the shade of one of the covered areas. Privacy is assured by the nature of the location and the ecologically protected land behind the plot.
The house was designed by the current owners to provide comfort and privacy to all who live in it and it has indeed been their family home for over fifteen years. Three of the five double bedrooms have en-suite facilities and the other two are separated by the family bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating and although the house is on two floors, those are displaced to ensure that all rooms have exits out to their own private areas.
The gorgeous pool terrace is totally private and the pool has been designed to integrate a large platform so that you can lie out and sunbathe whilst in the cool of the water. It also means you could set up a table and chairs right in the pool and enjoy keeping your feet cool.
Being just 500m from the village makes it easy to take a stroll to local amenities which include bar/restaurants, pharmacy, medical centre, the obligatory tobacconist, bank, vet, hairdressers and even a supermarket.
To compare one home with another offering similar qualities is typically part of the process of finding the right one for you. If you take the trouble to come and see this one, we will need to wish you the very best of luck in finding another that can come close. In two decades of visiting literally 1000's of homes, I, personally, have yet to find one that offers the same level of comfort, beauty, tranquillity, privacy and individuality.

The location is ideal with excellent communication in that it is equidistant from Alicante and Valencia airports and just 12 minutes from Gandia by car. Gandia has a wonderful blue flag beach just 5 minutes drive from the main town, but there are various stunning natural beaches, many enjoying blue flag status, easily accessed in about 20-25 minutes from the property.
If you like walking or even just enjoy a gentle evening stroll, the valley on the doorstep is absolutely gorgeous and many walks can be started and finished straight from the home. Maybe a little trek up to the castle which is on the crest of the hill viewed from the terrace off the master bedroom or a wander through the orange groves and into the pine forests to Font Del Sister, a natural spring just a couple of kilometres away.
