I don't know what "that" was, but I do know what "this" is.  

"This" is a fabulous, modern, four bedroom, three bathroom home located in the best village (still undiscovered by many except me and handful of select neighbours) just ten minutes from Gandia or 15 from Oliva. I know I pass the front door four times a day most weekdays.

Lovely open countryside views top it off and make this a "Must See Home" (I've gone all English Estate Agent on you now!)

Priced to sell super quickly; best hurry! Actually rarely do things sell that fast, but see it whilst there's still time to avoid disappointment.
