Remarkable!

Well to be fair pretty much everything is remarkable in its own way, but this one is remarkable for a variety of reasons, all of which are positive.

The proximity to the village: It isn't that often that we have the pleasure to offer a villa with lovely views within what can only be described as easy walking distance of the village centre, most are off in an urbanisation with other properties and can't boast the luxury of a walk to amenities.

Views: Lovely open views over countryside and to the sea are a feature of this home in the sun. Although it is located in an essentially flat plot (the bit one uses at any rate) the views are great. I could say breathtaking, but that would be a little exaggerated even for an estate agent so we can go with really, really nice!

The accommodation: The villa is on two levels and once in the gate you can park your car in the shade under one half and enjoy the pool terrace to its full. The lounge kitchen and cloakroom are on the lower floor and then there is a choice of staircases to take you to the upper floor where there are three bedrooms, a study, a large secondary lounge and the main bathroom.

Comfort: The whole house is air conditioned with a ducted system to avoid noisy internal units and to provide a comfortable atmosphere both in Summer and Winter. In Spring and Autumn the need for heating or cooling is a little less, but nice to know it's there when you might want it.
