Well placed would be a fair translation and it is. Close to the centre of a lovely village with shops and bars a few paces along the road. Jump in the car and you'll be enjoying the beach in ten minutes or so, assuming you've gone the right way of course. If you haven't you could just as easily be enjoying the mountain scenery and wandering through the orange groves.

If you elect to buy this one, you'll be the proud owner of a gorgeous two bedroom two bathroom village home in good condition and with a particularly handsome roof terrace.

The lovely thing about this part of Spain is everything! Maybe one day you'll take it for granted, but I think that is generally the preserve of those born here.
