The location is excellent and for someone looking for a three bedroom ground floor apartment it may well suit perfectly; it is only a few metres down to the town where you can enjoy all Oliva has to offer and is fully habitable.

There is even a lovely little terrace out the back, albeit shared, but the chap upstairs is rarely out there.
