You may need to pull those green fingers out of where ever you last stuck them as you are going to need them. That's probably most unfair on the current owners as the garden area is pretty well looked after, but if you do have some of the green fellows you could make it rather spiffing.

An easily managed flat plot with a private pool (deep pond may be a better description), but pretty much ready to get up and go with oil fired central heating for those nippier nights and a sunny disposition to make the most of one of Spain's primary assets.

Don't worry if your fingers are not as green as you might like; there's always weed killer and it can still look as though you know what you're doing with the fruit trees; they're much harder to get wrong.
