You need to think about whether you'd like to live in the peace and tranquillity of the countryside, but be just a 10 minute drive from the area's largest town, Gandia and those gorgeous Blue Flag Beaches. Do you really want all that space around you; with enough land to be self sufficient in troubling times if need be or maybe just used as a buffer from the outside world when you get home.
An easy to live in two bedroom home which will allow space for guests when they come may just be the right thing for you; you just need to think about it with that special thinking cap on.
