Should I, shouldn't I ?
Yes, you should and right now too, before it's too late.
So now you have your cup of tea and are sitting comfortably, let's turn our attention to buying a property in Spain. Yes you should do that too. It's been a long time since prices have been better and the beauty of the country and its people hasn't changed.
You could buy this gorgeous villa set close to the tranquil village of La Font D'en Carros where an easy walk will see you in the village for your morning coffee (and you don't even have to call your bank manager to see if you can afford the coffee before ordering). If you don't fancy the stroll into town then a quiet drink on the veranda whilst gazing out over the orange groves to the sea could be in order. Don't worry, he'll get it for you; probably the only thing he won't burn anyway.
If you have a little more energy than I perhaps a quick dip in the private pool could be the order of the day. If you fancy a day out, the beach is just a fifteen minute drive away as are both Oliva and Gandia where you will find everything you might need. That is not to say that you won't find it in the village itself as there are two supermarkets as well as butchers bakers banks pharmacies medical facilities and even a couple of florists (take note gentlemen - you may need to use one to apologise if you don't buy this house!)
